Private by architecture. Real names never leave your device unhashed.

Consiglio — stakeholder intelligence platform logo

The problem

You don't have a stakeholder problem. You have a memory problem.

Every leader carries a mental model of dozens of people — what they care about, what they fear, what's never been said out loud, what would cost months of trust to get wrong. Most of that model lives in your head.

It degrades. The board chair who hated being surprised becomes "someone on the board, I think, who hated something." The pressure points get smoothed over. The watchouts get forgotten. Then the wrong word in the wrong moment costs you the next six months of relationship capital.

Consiglio is the file you wish you'd been keeping. Made intelligent.

What Consiglio is

A private record of who matters. A thinking partner who knows them.

Consiglio is a stakeholder intelligence platform. You keep volumes — one for every context you operate in — and inside each volume you keep entries for the people who shape decisions in that context. Their role, their stance, the watchouts that would cost you to ignore, the pressure points that explain why they react the way they do.

Then the Advisor reasons across that record. It already knows your roster, so it doesn’t need to be briefed every time. Names are hashed and replaced with per-volume personas before anything is saved — privacy isn’t a setting you turn on, it’s how the system stores your world.

  • Volumes

One volume per context. Your day job, your board seat, your side gig — separated by architecture, never blended in the AI’s reasoning.

  • Entries

Every stakeholder becomes an entry. Add their role, their stance, their watchouts, their pressure points. The persona engine hashes real names and replaces them with private personas before anything is saved.

  • The Advisor

Bring any situation. The AI asks clarifying questions, reasons through who’s affected, surfaces what you might be missing, and produces a brief if you want one.

How it works

Three steps to a thinking partner who knows your world.

  1. 01

    Build your volumes

Create separate volumes for each context you operate in. A user might keep a Business Operations volume for their executive role, a Coaching volume for their youth sports work, and a Board Service volume for their nonprofit seat. Each volume has its own roster, its own AI context, its own privacy boundary.

  2. 02

    Add entries

For each stakeholder who matters, create an entry: their role, group, what they care about, where the relationship is sensitive. Real names are hashed before anything is saved — Consiglio reasons about them under private personas you can't accidentally leak.

  3. 03

    Ask Consiglio

Bring any situation. The Advisor asks 1–2 clarifying questions, then reasons through the stakeholder dynamics in your actual roster. Get a recommendation, a communication brief, or a simulation of how different groups will respond before you commit.

Who uses Consiglio

Built for leaders who navigate complex rooms.

  • Executives & C-suite

VP and above at companies where stakeholder dynamics shape every decision. Track your boss, the board, the cross-functional partners, the customers who carry political weight.

  • Athletic directors & coaches

Build separate volumes for admin, teachers, parents, players, and the booster organization. The Advisor knows the difference between handling a champion parent and a problem parent.

  • Nonprofit & faith leaders

Donors, board members, staff, partners — all with different sensitivities. Consiglio keeps the political map current.

  • Founders & operators

Investors, partners, key hires, and customers who carry weight you can’t ignore. Pressure-test communication strategy before you send.

Features

Four ways to think more clearly about the people who matter.

A

The Advisor

Reasons before it recommends.

Multi-turn conversational AI for executive decision making. Bring any situation — a difficult board conversation, a tricky donor ask, a hire you're not sure about — and the Advisor asks the 1–2 clarifying questions a good counselor would ask, then reasons through the stakeholder dynamics in your actual roster. Not generic advice. Your world.

B

Simulate

Pressure-test before you commit.

Describe a decision you’re considering. Get realistic responses from sampled stakeholders in selected groups — support, neutral, concern, oppose — with individual voiced reactions you can read in their voice. Useful when the cost of getting it wrong is high enough to spend twenty minutes modeling it first.

C

The Brief

The output of a finished conversation.

When an Advisor conversation lands somewhere useful, Consiglio writes a brief: who to contact, when, in what format, what to lead with, what never to say. Print it before the meeting. Hand it to your chief of staff. Reference it six months later when the situation comes back around.

D

The Email Composer

Drafted with the recipient in mind.

Draft politically careful emails tailored to specific recipients’ watchouts and stance. Plus an Archive that lets you upload past correspondence and tag it to entries, with all real names automatically hashed and replaced with personas before anything is stored. Your sent-folder, made useful.

Privacy by architecture

The privacy property most software promises but doesn't keep.

Names hashed before storage

Real names never leave your device unhashed. The persona engine generates a private pseudonym before anything is written to the database, then discards the plaintext.

Personas scoped per volume

Even if two of your volumes contain the same real person, they get different personas — a leak from one volume cannot be cross-referenced with another. Your contexts stay compartmentalized.

API key never in the browser

Every Consiglio AI call routes through a server-side function so the API key is never exposed to your browser. Your conversations and roster stay on your own user account.

Privacy isn't a feature here. It's the precondition.

Questions

Answers to what most people ask first.

  • Is Consiglio just a CRM with extra steps?

No. CRMs track interactions — what happened, when, with whom. Consiglio reasons about behavior — how someone thinks, what they care about, what it would cost to get wrong. The two answer different questions.

  • Is my data private?

Yes. Real names are hashed before anything is written to the database. The AI calls happen server-side so the API key is never exposed to your browser. Per-volume persona seeding means even your own data is compartmentalized.

  • What happens to real names I enter?

They are processed through the persona engine, which generates a private pseudonym, hashes the original name for duplicate detection, and discards the plaintext. The pseudonym is what the system stores and reasons about.

  • How is this different from using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT does not know your roster. Consiglio does — every conversation references your actual stakeholders, their actual roles, their actual watchouts. The reasoning is grounded in your world, not generic advice.

  • Can I use Consiglio for more than one context?

Yes — that's the whole point of volumes. Keep separate, fully-isolated volumes for your day job, your board seat, your coaching role. They do not bleed into each other.

  • Who is Consiglio for?

Senior leaders who navigate complex relationships — executives, athletic directors, principals, founders, pastors, nonprofit directors, head coaches. If your work depends on understanding what people want and what would cost you to get wrong, Consiglio is built for you.

  • How much does Consiglio cost?

Free during beta. After beta, four tiers from $0 to $74/month based on how much you actually use the Advisor — see the Pricing section above for details.

  • Can I export my data?

Yes. One click in settings exports every volume as a JSON archive — entries, conversations, briefs, and email archives. You own your data; we just host it.

  • What if I want to delete everything?

A single action in account settings deletes every row associated with your account, across every volume. GDPR-compliant. Permanent.

  • Is the AI trained on my data?

No. Your data is not used to train any AI model. Consiglio uses the Anthropic API on a per-call basis with your data as context, never as training material.

  • Which AI does Consiglio use, and where does it run?

Consiglio runs on Anthropic's Claude. Every AI call routes through a server-side function so the API key is never exposed to your browser, and the conversation context — your roster, your situation — is sent only for the duration of that single call. Nothing about your stakeholders is retained by the model between sessions.

  • Can my employer see what is in my volumes?

Not unless you give them access. Consiglio is a personal tool. Your account, your volumes, your data. Employers cannot see it even if you used a work email to sign up.

  • What's a volume?

A volume is one context — one job, one board seat, one coaching gig. Each volume has its own roster, its own AI reasoning context, and its own privacy boundary. A leader who works at three different organizations would keep three separate volumes.

  • Who's behind this?

Consiglio is built by Bryan Fossi. It’s the tool I wanted on my own desk for the kind of relationship work that doesn’t fit in a CRM and is too sensitive for a generic notes app. The /about page has the longer story.

  • How is this different from a Notion template or a private ChatGPT?

A Notion template holds the information; it doesn’t reason about it. A private ChatGPT reasons but starts cold every conversation — it doesn’t know your board, your boss, your donors. Consiglio is the seam: a structured record of who matters plus an Advisor that already knows them, with names hashed before storage so the privacy doesn’t depend on you remembering to redact.
